1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch ground red pepper
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
12 oz. fat-free cream cheese
4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, and stir until well blended. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish, and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with whatever crackers, raw veggies that you prefer.
